It took years to get these pencils just right! We weren’t happy until they had a beautiful creamy texture that glides on and blends out for the smoky eye of our dreams, and then..stays put. No panda eyes or creeping lip liners here! And our sensitive eyes are happy too..no stinging or irritation, and they’re vegan..hooray! HOW TO USE...If you wish to blend out the pencil, do it quickly because we designed them to set after about 30 seconds and stay where you put them all day. Keep the pencil capped when not in use, and sharpen with a quality sharpener.
